Camera+: A not-so-kind-of review

I don't normally purchase apps because what would I do with them? I'd get them for free anyway, not all of them but I can stand advertisements on free(lite) apps. I also think that it is a waste of money. Even if the price is just $0.99 I still think it's expensive, that's just me. Not just the apps, music and movies too (keep this info to yourself, thank you). One day, I tried being different and gave Camera+ a try.

Before purchasing the app I tried to think so hard if it's worth it. Take note that it is $0.99, but still. I love photo editing apps so I always check out the best Apple apps out there and that's where I noticed camera+. I tried using the free version and it came out good. There were limits though so I decided to buy it.

I can probably say it's worth it because whenever I am in the mood to edit my pictures, I just import them on camera+ and edit them. I rarely use it though since I don't take a lot of pictures that needs editing. I only edit pictures of myself anyway and I just want to make it not so plain yet not so overly edited look. So whenever I need a new default picture on twitter and facebook, camera+ comes in handy.

With all its effect that looks good in the human eye, it was worth purchasing it. Although a downfall is that one set of effects are not free in the $0.99 pack, it was still worth it. It would be more worth it if the camera+ developer allow users to use if for free. :) But to top it all, it's worth it!

So if ever you are trying to purchase a photo editing app in the apple app store, go ahead and try camera+. Don't purchase it instantly, try the free version first. See if it suit your needs and if you think it's the right choice then purchase it. You'll love it as much as I do.

In this blog post, I've included pictures that were edited using camera+ and their original quality. You'd know it's edited when I have included what effect I used when editing it. It may not look good because I am not sure if blogger and iPhone photos mix when it comes to quality but it's worth a try. Just take note that the picture frames doesn't come with camera+. It's a different app. I'll try and compare picture frame apps soon. ;)

So feel free to judge my editing skills and camera+ effects... :) if ever you found anything wrong, leave a comment. I'll be glad to answer them.
